ABOUT US
New Mercies Farms is nestled in the rolling hills of Northeastern Missouri. The farm is home to a variety of farm animals, as well as other wildlife. The farm features a duck pond, horseback riding and nature trails, vegetable and flower gardens, and small creek. A place to experience peace & healing through interaction with God’s creation.
WHO WE ARE
New Mercies Farms ministers to children and families helping them develop trust, and strong connections with one another. The farm offers 10+ acres where families can explore and create in a sensory rich environment. Ken and Heidi Wooten have over 20 years experience working with children and families. While parenting their own 8 children (biological & adopted) , they discovered Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®). They began using these principals in 2014. They have seen and experienced first hand the power that TBRI® Principles have to rebuild trust and develop deep connections in children and families. The TBRI® Principles have inspired the basis of the New Mercies Farms approach.

New Mercies Farms offers Connections Groups, Nurture Groups, and Anchor Groups. Check out our events page for more detail! New Mercies also offers consulting & trauma sensitive trainings to help families & organizations become more effective working with those they serve.
